Hi, I'm Marielle Morrow, a filmmaker and multimedia storyteller from Nebraska. As a Film & Media Studies major (Production Concentration) '26 at Washington University in St. Louis, I am passionate about building film communities and telling impactful stories. I was the founding president of WashU Film Club, where I helped organize WashU's first film festival and worked on student projects that brought our campus film community closer together.

In my filmmaking, I am driven to spotlight stories from marginalized communities, especially focusing on women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and refugee experiences. As a Video Editor for UNICEF Sudan, I explore how powerful storytelling can connect people across global boundaries and create meaningful engagement. Outside of my artistic work, I make social media content for my university's Instagram and TikTok with a collaborative team of interns. My minor in Data Science for the Humanities allows me to understand analytics that I blend with my creative storytelling. In my free time, I like to engage in storytelling through screen and stage acting.
